What We Do
We provide our clients with self defence training that educates them beyond physical movements. Our training aims to equip people with the necessary skills that will ensure their safety.
We focus on reality violence prevention education and reality self defence training that has been developed for everyone, regardless or age, size or physical conditioning.
We know there’s a better way than only facing violence with physical force. Understanding the type of violence you face is the first step in you being safe. Let us share our knowledge and experience with you, so you can live a safer and more confident life and job.
Our training and education has been delivered to those as young as 5 and to clients in their 80’s. We believe Reality Self Defence and Violence Prevention is a life skill that should be accessable to all, and needs to be taught in a empathetic, safe and trauma free way.
Mobile Service
